  • You have found the contractor you need for repainting masonry, wood, stucco, Dryvit, brick and metal. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the quality of our workmanship. Our work is not complete until you have had a final walk-through with one of our supervisors to inspect and approve the work. We have been painting and staining surfaces in the Tri-state area for more than 20 years. You’re a business. We’re a business. Let’s do business!

We deliver minimal or no disruption to your work, employees and guests Our deep experience has taught us that the beginning of any successful commercial painting project is planning. With a proper timetable and plan, we make every effort to allow work to go on during the painting. Our experience = efficiency, and so if people or products must be moved, it will be for the shortest time possible while ensuring the quality job you want. Another technique we use to minimize inconvenience is to pay close attention to keeping the job site clean and free of debris and equipment.

It is always recommended that prior to commercial painting a property owner or manager get the surface power washed. Preparation is everything for a good paint job, and getting the surface clean is essential preparation. Paint adheres best to a clean surface. So the process removes old paint, dirt, industrial pollutants, mildew, mold and pollen. We consider it “priming for the primer”.

We recommend priming the surface whenever the grade of paint or complexity of coverage calls for it. This is not a step to skip in order to keep the budget down. Quality paint is formulated to adhere to primer. You get the longest performance life out of paint when you prime. It is really no more expensive than a second coat of paint, which can be necessary if we don’t prime first.

Finally, always use quality-grade paint. Commercial painting has to hold up to the elements, and to last for years. Good paint can mean the difference between 8 years before the next re-painting, or only half of that. It makes budget sense.
